Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The CBI team is growing steadily due to our dedication to quality services, best practices, doctor referrals and word of mouth from the many amazing families we have previously served. We are looking for BCBA’s to confidently lead treatment teams, and manage small caseloads consisting of clinic-based services, home-based services, and/or a combination both depending on the individualized needs of each learner and their family.  We are confident you will enjoy the independence of managing your own cases, while having the full support of our team of BCBA's in a small, collaborative environment!

  • Minimum requirements include a Master’s degree, board certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA), 2 years experience highly preferred.

Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

We are looking for BCaBA’s to collaborate to help support the BCBA's and treatment teams.  This can occur in a variey of environments such as,  clinic-based services, home-based services, and/or a combination both depending on the individualized needs of each learner and their family.  We are a small confident team that will offer you the support and guidance while on our team, as well as if you are seeking your BCBA certification.

  • Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree, board certification as an associate behavior analyst (BCaBA)  2 years experience in the field of autism and ABA highly preferred


Registered Behavior Technician (ABA therapist)

  • Full and part time positions available
  • RBT training and supervision provided for certification
  • High level of physical activity required
  • Must be able to lift children and todlers (50 lbs)
  • Clinic based and home-based opportunities
  • Flexible hours
  • Paid travel for home-based services
  • Daily BCBA supervision
  • Contribute to the clinical team
  • Local gym membership with employment
  • Training to support a full understanding of ABA principals
